Dissolution of the ERCS

The ERCS classis on 3 March 07 decided to dissolve the ERCS. The effective date is on 30 June 07. This date gives members of FERC sufficient time to transfer their membership and for the finance and management committee of the ERCS enough time to put their house in order before closing shop.
